This booklet was formed out of my battle with chronic illness. It flowed from the deepest struggles I’ve ever faced, as well as my longings for healing. It was very much written in the depths of chronic illness, not on the other side of making it through. Many tears flowed in the process of writing. It was the hardest and most rewarding experience.
If you battle chronic illness, I know this booklet won’t completely relate to your story. But my prayer is that it will offer you hope, the hope that is found in a loving Savior who walks beside you.
If you are walking through chronic illness with a friend or loved one, I pray that it will give you greater compassion and care as you navigate the muddy waters that illness brings. You are a key instrument of God's grace to the hurting person beside you.
This resource is by no means comprehensive. But we hope it will provide encouragement and hope for those who are struggling. There is hope in your pain.
